Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ansh – Journal of History maintains a transparent and ethical policy regarding refunds and cancellations. Authors and subscribers are advised to read the following terms carefully before making any payment or submission.

1. 1. Author-Initiated Withdrawals:
      Once a manuscript has been submitted, there will be no refunds or cancellations if the author decides to withdraw the paper from consideration, or if they choose not to revise and resubmit after receiving reviewers’ comments.

   2. Manuscripts Not Reaching the Review Stage:
      If a paper does not proceed to the review stage, any associated review obligations or processing responsibilities of the author will be waived. However, no monetary refund will be applicable.

   3. Delivered Products and Publications:
      As the journal’s publications and related products are digital in nature, refunds cannot be provided once the product (such as an e-journal issue or digital certificate) has been delivered to the author or subscriber.

   4. Order Cancellations, Loss, or Non-Delivery:
      In the unlikely event that an order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to the recipient’s designated address or email, the full amount (including any applicable processing or shipping charges) will be refunded.

   5. Refund Method:
      For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, refunds will be processed to the same account used for payment. Refunds will typically be credited within 10–12 working days after confirmation of order cancellation.
